About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HVAC Project Manager to lead our team and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and model company values and behaviours, ensuring a positive work environment.
  • Support and develop a skilled team capable of delivering exceptional project management services, aligned with strategic objectives and contributing to profitability.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and manage budgets, allocate resources, and ensure operational effectiveness.
  • Deliver projects, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
  • E nsure compliance with relevant codes and standards, as well as company WHSEQ systems.
  • Participate in internal and external QA audits, promoting continuous improvement and quality assurance.
  • Contribute to organisational planning and operational activities, prioritising workplace health, safety, environment, and quality management principles.
  • Foster collaboration between employees and stakeholders, ensuring participation and engagement in decision-making processes.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the mechanical services industry.
  • Certificate IV in Project Management Practice (essential) or relevant industry experience.
  • Diploma in Project Management (desirable) or relevant industry experience.
  • Diploma of Management (desirable) or relevant industry experience.
