Job Overview

CSA Recruitment Pty Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Senior HVAC Project Manager to lead our commercial and industrial projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and model company values and behaviours, ensuring a positive work environment and culture.
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead and mentor a team of project managers, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver projects effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop strategies to improve project outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, and maintain high levels of workplace health and safety.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Ten years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Certificate IV in Project Management Practice or relevant industry experience.
  • Diploma in Project Management or relevant industry experience.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
