CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) Projects team is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join our growing team.

About You

You will have 5+ years of experience in HVAC project management and a proven track record of successful project management and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HVAC projects, including planning, budgeting, execution, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and oversee HVAC projects from start to finish.
  • Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness, efficiency, and performance of HVAC systems, making improvements where necessary.
  • Coordinate with other departments and contractors to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Duties

  • Develop plans, budgets, and schedules for the project while ensuring its alignment with organisational objectives and standards.
  • Oversight of project tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate plan reviews and inspections.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Effectively manage project progress and anticipate schedule delays or project roadblocks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license.
