Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical HVAC Engineer to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on technically complex projects and contribute to the development of world-class designs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with experience in designing HVAC systems and central utilities. They will be responsible for overseeing entire design processes or assisting as a technical expert on specialized designs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess project requirements and break them into tasks
  • Determine scope of work, budget, and staffing in collaboration with Project Managers
  • Prepare engineering studies and schematic designs for new systems
  • Analyze operation of existing systems and work with code officials when required
  • Assign and review work of project design teams
  • Check progress of work and alert Project Managers to changes in scope or additional services
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Chartered Professional Engineer
  • 10+ years of design engineering experience in HVAC system design and central utilities
  • Expertise in computer operation for engineering design programs and computer-aided drafting
  • Progressive ability, capacity, and aptitude in administration
  • Possess sufficient technical proficiency in mechanical design
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, and innovation
Estimated Salary Range: $140,000 - $180,000 per annum
