Senior Steel Structures Design Lead

We are seeking a seasoned engineering professional to lead our structural design team in Sydney.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing steel structures, including industrial buildings, steel framing, and roofing.
As a key leader in the Sydney Structural team, you will be responsible for managing project delivery from design through to construction support within a multidisciplinary team.
You will also be responsible for mentoring junior engineers and promoting professional growth within the team.

About You
- A Chartered Professional Engineer with a bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering.
- Significant experience in steel structures design, including industrial buildings, steel framing, and roofing.
- Excellent technical and communication skills, capable of leading and mentoring a team.
