The role of Procurement Business Partner plays a pivotal part in ensuring we work together to achieve positive outcomes for our community. To help us achieve this, we are seeking a proactive and experienced professional to join our team.
As a Procurement Business Partner, you will lead tendering processes, requests for quotes, and panel access while ensuring compliance with Council policies and legislative requirements. You will also provide expert advice, training, and support to internal teams on procurement procedures, risk management, and best practices.

- Lead tendering processes, requests for quotes, and panel access while ensuring compliance with Council policies and legislative requirements.">

- Monitor and update procurement policies and systems to reflect industry standards and regulatory changes.">
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design innovative supply solutions that deliver value for money and support service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will have the following qualifications and skills:">Tertiary qualifications in procurement, business, law, commerce, or a related field.">Minimum of 4 years' experience in a procurement role within a government environment.">Proven ability to manage tender and quotation processes from preparation through to administration.">Strong understanding of procurement legislation, policies, and compliance requirements.">Experience in contract administration and supplier performance monitoring, with sound risk management skills.">Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports, deliver training, and engage effectively with stakeholders.
