Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telehealth Program Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Manage a high-performing team of technical staff, prioritizing tasks, developing work programs, and ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with current and emerging technologies, services, and commercial practices relevant to video infrastructure development and support.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop strategic plans, manage resources, prepare budgets, and oversee financial management to drive business growth.
  • Analytical Skills: Apply analytical, innovative skills in IT infrastructure analysis, planning, development, and service management, particularly in Telehealth.
  • Negotiation and Collaboration: Negotiate, advise, influence others, and collaborate with people to make informed decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of video infrastructure development and support, as well as emerging technologies.
