Leading Retirement Community Operations

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Community Manager to lead the operations of a retirement living community. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to delivering exceptional care and support to older South Australians.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and management of all operations within the retirement living community.
- Create a welcoming and enriching environment for residents, providing excellent customer service and responding promptly to enquiries.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including financial management, staff management, resident liaison, and coordination of human and material resources and internal and external services providers.
- Experience in Retirement Living/Aged Care/Property Management at a supervisory or management level.
- Exceptional customer service and leadership skills.
- Understanding of the Retirement Villages Act and the retirement living industry.
- Strong time management skills.
