Job Title: Retirement Community Operations Manager

This role involves leading and managing the day-to-day operations within a retirement living community. The goal is to create a welcoming environment where residents can thrive in their retirement years.

The successful candidate will oversee financial management, staff management, resident liaison, and coordination of human and material resources and internal and external services providers.

You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and address resident needs efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage daily community operations, ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and engagement.

Requirements:
