We are seeking an experienced Community Development Manager to join our team at JOBX Pty Ltd. As a key member of our community development team, you will play a pivotal role in executing community development and community engagement strategies for our flagship master planned community.
Key Responsibilities- Foster community engagement and connectedness to grow a sustainable and cohesive community.
- Implement strategies to welcome and embrace residents, foster social interaction via events and community activities, and support the creation of self-reliant community groups.
- Gather, share, and disseminate demographic and other information to inform community development initiatives.
- Liaise with local government, service providers, adjacent developers, and not-for-profit organizations to facilitate community programs and services.
- Oversee the budget for the approved Community Development Implementation Plan.
- Proven experience in a community development capacity, preferably within a dynamic, urban growth location.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Facilitation skills to develop partnerships, alliances, and networks.
