About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications and Engagement Officer to join our team at Beaumont People. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging content and managing all communications to ensure our members and stakeholders are informed about the latest news, events, and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy to engage with members and stakeholders.
  • Create and coordinate content across various platforms, including e-newsletters, website, and knowledge resource centers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to enquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support regional branch committees by attending meetings, managing agendas, minutes, and action items.
  • Provide administrative support to the wider team as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a communications and engagement role with strong administrative skills.
  • Highly developed written and oral communication skills, with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • An open, inclusive, and collaborative working style, with the ability to support a positive team environment.
  • Strong computer literacy and experience using CRM systems.
  • Experience working with a member association is highly regarded, although not essential.
