**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for interior decor and homewares sales.

This is a permanent full-time role available at our Mentone store, offering a great work-life balance with every second weekend off. You will be responsible for leading the team, driving incremental sales improvements, and providing expert customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide leadership and inspiration to the team through effective coaching and training
  • Drive sales growth through identifying opportunities and implementing strategies to meet targets
  • Provide expert customer service to retail and trade customers
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards across the store
  • Ensure health and safety standards are met

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualities:

  • 2+ years' experience in a retail or service environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize
