Interior Design Manager Role

We are currently seeking an ambitious and driven individual to fill the role of Interior Design Manager at our vibrant Nunawading location.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and motivated professional who has a keen eye for design, excellent communication skills and experience in leading teams in fast-paced retail environments.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating captivating spaces and have a strong understanding of current trends in home decor. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our customers' design dreams to life and ensuring an unforgettable shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Manager in visual merchandising, inventory management and team coordination.
  • Engage with customers, offering expert advice on our wide range of home decor products and helping them find the perfect pieces to transform their spaces.
  • Foster a positive and motivated team environment, while coaching and supporting the sales team to achieve their targets.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably within the home decor or interior design industry.
  • A keen eye for design and a strong understanding of current trends in home decor.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving goals.
