About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team. As a key member of the finance function, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through insightful financial analysis and planning.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating weekly metric reporting to key stakeholders, consolidating financial planning and analysis processes, and assisting in the execution of month-end processes. You will also support the preparation of half-year and full-year ASX disclosures, and contribute to presentations for the Board, CEO, CFO, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate weekly metric reporting to key stakeholders;
- Consolidate LFS's Financial Planning and Analysis processes for RAI and Opex, interacting with Finance and business team leads as required;
- Assist in executing month-end processes to facilitate completion within prescribed timeframes and coordinate delivery of monthly performance metrics reporting to management and the Board;
- Support half-year and full-year ASX disclosures through data preparation and reconciliation for Management Discussion and Analysis, Investor Presentations, and Appendix 4D/4E;
- Contribute to presentations for the Board, CEO, CFO, external ratings agencies, debt investors, etc., on an as-needs basis;
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve current reporting and planning processes.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with high attention to detail;
- Effective communication skills, including written and verbal presentation of data;
- Good time management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines;
- 0-2 years of finance or financial audit experience (desirable);
- Anaplan (or equivalent Planning/Budgeting system) experience (desirable);
- Able to demonstrate Latitude values and behaviours.
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive remuneration package, career development opportunities, and a dynamic work environment.
