As a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis functions. You will provide critical financial insights that contribute to strategic decision-making and improved financial performance.

The role involves:

    • Leading the coordination and preparation of our annual group consolidated budget, including scenarios analysis.
    • Managing the monthly forecasting process, ensuring alignment with our strategic priorities.
    • Conducting variance analysis to understand trends and the impact of business decisions on financial outcomes.

You will work closely with our accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. You will also engage with various stakeholders in the preparation of the budget, forecast, and cashflows.

The ideal candidate will have:

    • CA/CPA qualification and 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
    • Excellent financial modelling skills and strong communication skills.
    • Experience engaging with business stakeholders, including non-business team members.
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an FP&A role or related tasks.
