Commercial Finance Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Analyst to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and has the ability to adapt to changing structures, processes, information, and technologies.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Cash Flow Forecasting: Prepare weekly cash flow forecast and identify areas for improvement based on current forecast accuracy.
- Accounting Coordination: Coordinate site-specific month-end accounting functions within defined timeframes.
- Monthly Reporting: Prepare and distribute monthly reporting pack for the Wire Business.
- Budget Coordination: Coordinate the annual budget process through the consolidation of quantitative and qualitative information.
- Market Analysis: Assist in the collection, analysis, and presentation of market data to support product decisions as required.
- Cost Driver Analysis: Run analysis of key cost drivers with a view to identify performance improvement opportunities and initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Tertiary Qualification: Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen and eagerness to learn.
- Industrial Experience: Experience within a heavy industrial/manufacturing environment highly regarded.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel modelling skills and experience with Power BI/SAP an added advantage.
