**Role Overview**:
We are looking for an experienced **qualified Financial Planner** with a **degree in Financial Planning** to join our dynamic team. This role offers the flexibility to work from either our Newcastle or East Maitland offices, providing clients with personalised financial advice while benefiting from a collaborative network of accountants and tax specialists.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client-Centric Financial Strategy Development**: Analyse clients’ unique financial circumstances to develop, implement, and manage comprehensive plans that include investment management, retirement planning, and risk mitigation.
- **Superannuation and Investment Advice**: Advise on superannuation and investment strategies, including risk-adjusted portfolio management to support clients’ financial growth and stability.
- **Retirement and Insurance Planning**: Develop retirement solutions tailored to secure long-term financial independence, and provide advice on insurance products to protect clients and their assets.
- **Ongoing Client Relationship Management**: Foster strong, enduring relationships, conducting regular reviews and proactive adjustments to strategies based on clients’ evolving goals and market trends.
- **Integrated Service Collaboration**: Work closely with Bottrell’s accounting and tax teams to ensure clients receive holistic financial support, aligning financial planning strategies with tax efficiencies and business goals.
- **Degree in Financial Planning** with industry qualifications such as CFP or FASEA compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of financial products, legislative requirements, and regulatory standards within the Australian financial landscape.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships, with a commitment to ongoing client support and satisfaction.
- Strong ethical grounding and dedication to upholding industry compliance and best practices.
