  • We are seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers.
  • As a Desktop Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers' technical inquiries and issues. You will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Responsibilities include ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of customer sites, developing strong relationships with end-users through personable interactions, collaborating with colleagues to improve processes, and identifying areas for efficiency gains.
  • You will also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date documentation and procedures, taking ownership of daily technology issues, and managing external 3rd party organisations.
  • As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the success of our customers by providing timely and effective technical support.
