As a Desktop Support specialist, you will play a key role in delivering top-notch technical assistance in a dynamic environment.

About the Role

You will provide tailored maintenance services, hardware and software break/fix support, remote support, software deployment, and relocation services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing exceptional technical support to meet customer satisfaction expectations
  • Assisting new users with their IT hardware collection and setup
  • Ensuring new equipment is up-to-date and deployment-ready prior to release to customers
  • Recording customer contacts in the appropriate IT system
  • Managing and maintaining client infrastructure as directed
Requirements:
  • Delivering outstanding customer experiences regarding end-user services
  • Prioritising tasks to ensure achievement of all service level agreements
  • Sound knowledge of laptops, desktop PCs, printers, media, and audio-visual equipment and mobility devices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
