Lead a Growing Finance Team

We're seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our growing finance team and play a key role in driving the financial success of our organization.

Job Description
  • The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • They will work closely with the Head of Finance to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall goals.
  • The Finance Manager will also be responsible for managing a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts
  • Prepare and review financial reports
  • Oversee cash flow management and liquidity
  • Manage treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting and liquidity management
  • Supervise accounts payable and ensure timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices
Requirements
  • Strong technical accounting expertise with advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Exceptional commercial acumen and ability to deliver insightful management reporting and dashboards
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage resources effectively, and deliver results under pressure
  • Skilled in identifying process inefficiencies and driving continuous improvement initiatives
