Job Summary:

Lead Accounting Expert

We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to spearhead our accounting function, ensuring accuracy and integrity in financial reporting and maintaining robust internal controls.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in financial management, with a strong background in accounting principles and regulations.

  • Manage preparation and review of profit & loss and balance sheet journal entries and reconciliations
  • Oversee month-end and quarter-end close and consolidation processes across APAC
  • Prepare statutory financial reports for Australia and APAC consolidation for the holding company
  • Ensure tax compliance activities and assist in quarterly 10Q packets for SEC submission

Key responsibilities include managing cash flow to ensure operational funding needs are met and developing and maintaining accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal standards.
