Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide local customer-owned banking experience to new and existing customers.
  • Proactively connect customer needs to our offerings through excellent listening skills.
  • Complete our Lending Accreditation program to assist members with personal and home lending needs.
  • Manage general enquiries and provide sound advice and information to customers.
  • Contribute to a high-achieving team environment with commitment to success and strong work ethic.
  • Manage customer bank accounts, including opening, closing, and overseeing transactions.
  • Collaborate with specialists in the business to deliver the best solution for customers.
  • Support customers by providing lending solutions, such as personal loans, credit cards, and home loans, ensuring customers fully understand product features, benefits, fees, charges, and overall value.
