Our graduate program is designed to accelerate your learning and development within a supportive environment. You'll receive regular supervision, training opportunities, and mentorship from experienced clinicians.
Responsibilities and Development Path- Professional Development: Kick-start your career with an immersive 12-week program, followed by monthly clinical workshops and personal growth sessions.
- Team Support: Enjoy weekly 1:1 supervision, an experienced buddy, clinical mentors, group supervision, and fortnightly training.
- NDIS Support: Develop skills in report writing and simplify processes with a dedicated team.
- Flexibility: Choose where you work – home, café, clinical hubs, or team spaces.
- Career Opportunities: Grow through the MedHealth group and take on leadership roles or specialise in your chosen area.
