Program Focus

Our graduate program focuses on accelerating your learning and development in a supportive environment. You will receive structured professional development and hands-on opportunities within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities / Development Path
  • Professional Development: A 12-week immersive program followed by monthly clinical workshops and personal growth sessions.
  • Team Support: Weekly 1:1 supervision, an experienced buddy, clinical mentors, group supervision, and fortnightly training.
  • NDIS Support: Build knowledge, simplify processes, and develop skills in report writing with a dedicated team.
  • Flexibility: Choose where you work - home, café, clinical hubs, or team spaces.
  • Career Opportunities: Opportunity to lead or specialise, with growth through the organisation.
