We are seeking a dedicated Senior Clinical Manager to lead our clinical team in delivering exceptional patient care. The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day practice operations, ensuring high-quality care and excellent client satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of multifaceted practitioners, including counsellors, social workers, domestic violence specialists, and behaviour change specialists.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, government agencies, and community stakeholders to provide excellence in service delivery.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, counselling, psychology, or a related field.
  • Recent clinical history in domestic violence practice, with solid understanding of requirements for DV crisis response.
  • Proven experience in healthcare administration or operations management.
  • Superior leadership, communication, collaboration, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
