About the RoleWe're recruiting for a Senior Clinician with experience as either an Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist or Dietitian to lead a multidisciplinary team. In this role, you'll manage a the team to deliver outstanding clinical care, lead the Club Active culture and foster a community to change the way they age.
You will:
- Lead a multidisciplinary allied health team.
- Support with and follow systems and processes to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
- Showcase the Club Active brand.
- Support clients with chronic disease management, musculoskeletal conditions, and healthy ageing goals.
- Support the team to thrive and grow as practitioners.
- Build meaningful connections with your team and members to support long-term adherence and outcomes.
- Contribute to a culture focused on results, engagement, and community
- Supportive, team-based culture with ongoing professional development
- Career progression within a rapidly growing brand

- Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist or Dietitian registered with relevant government bodies.
