You will manage procurement, variations, claims, and payment cycles while tracking budgets and forecasts to support monthly financial reporting.
This is an opportunity to collaborate with Project Managers, site teams, and suppliers on contractual issues ensuring adherence to legal, compliance, and company standards.
To be successful in this role, you will need degree qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field, along with 3–5+ years of experience in contract administration for D&C fit-out or commercial projects.
You should have high attention to detail with a strong grasp of contract law, cost control, and procurement. As a confident communicator and negotiator with stakeholders across all levels, you will be proactive, solutions-driven, and comfortable taking ownership of commercial outcomes.
