About the Role

Our Referral Support team is responsible for coordinating all booking requirements exclusively for top-tier referrers.

  • Coordinate appointments for patients, from routine requests to urgent fit-ins and highly complex bookings.
  • Serve as a direct point of contact for these referrers and work closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager to ensure workflows and communications run effectively.

Comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided to ensure staff are confident in their role, equipped with the tools and knowledge to represent our organization to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate experience within or a keen interest in the healthcare environment.
  • Exhibit professional communication skills with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
  • Show the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Maintain a consistent patient-centric focus.
  • Possess polite phone manner and email etiquette.
  • Display high computer literacy and data entry accuracy.
  • Be able to multitask and adapt quickly to different situations.
  • Demonstrate clear thinking to juggle multiple tasks and think creatively when needed.
