Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Treatment Room Team Leader to join our medical centre team in Bunbury. This is an excellent opportunity for a registered nurse with prior experience in general practice or acute settings to take on a leadership role.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the provision of services within the treatment room, including conducting clinical duties such as health assessments and immunisations. They will also assist the Practice Manager with rostering, recruitment, and managing treatment room staff performance.

- Conduct a range of clinical duties, including health assessments and immunisations, under the direction of healthcare professionals.

Key Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Prior experience working in general practice or acute settings.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
