We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Our store is a vibrant and dynamic environment where you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills.
As Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of the store, working closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and manage controllable costs. You will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team, providing coaching and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver outstanding customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Store Manager with the day-to-day management of the store
- Leading and developing a high-performing team
- Providing coaching and training to ensure excellent customer service
- Managing stock and deliveries
