Travel Leadership Opportunity

As a Travel Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and motivation to your team, assisting with staff development through coaching and performance plans, and working with the Regional Manager to ensure seamless operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Directing and motivating team members to achieve sales targets and benchmarks
  • Ensuring team members meet high customer satisfaction standards by solving escalated concerns effectively
  • Creating and managing travel bookings tailored to customer needs
  • Achieving and exceeding personal sales targets
  • Additional responsibilities as detailed in the position description

About You

For this role, we are looking for individuals who are confident, passionate, self-motivated, and thrive in a high-performing culture. Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Certificate in Travel Tourism or relevant qualification
  • Experience in travel consulting, both as a consultant and leader
  • Desire to motivate, inspire, and lead a team
  • Proven sales achievement in the travel industry
  • Knowledge of travel IT systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach
