What you'll be doing :

  • Managing visa applications with precision and confidentiality
  • Preparing, reviewing and sending out travel documentation for groups and independent travellers
  • Confirming and finalising bookings, making sure every detail is spot on
  • Delivering outstanding service when responding to customer queries and feedback
  • Coordinating with travel agents, suppliers and internal teams to keep everything running smoothly
  • Supporting with pre- and post-travel arrangements, last-minute changes and incident management

What you'll bring :

3+ years' experience in the travel industryExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSharp attention to detail and strong time managementA team player who can multitask in a fast-paced environmentA customer-first mindset with a proactive attitude
