Marketing Campaigns Manager

The primary focus of this role will be to develop and implement impactful marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and boost sales. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Designing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
  2. Creating detailed briefs for media, email, social media, digital ads, SEO, and affiliate marketing initiatives.
  3. Collaborating with agencies to create B2B collateral supporting uniform program implementations for clients.
  4. Producing product information, marketing materials, and website copy for both internal and customer-facing platforms.
  5. Managing content creation for e-commerce sites and campaign photoshoots.
  6. Overseeing the end-to-end management of marketing campaigns, including analysis and optimization.
  7. Developing and updating content for websites and social media to drive traffic.
  8. Managing LinkedIn content creation and uploads.
  9. Aligning marketing activities with brand strategy to maximize ROI.
  10. Organizing and delivering campaigns, product launches, trade events, and conferences to engage key customers and trade partners.
  11. Evaluating the success of campaigns and initiatives and generating post-implementation reports for improvement.
  12. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote sustainability initiatives and develop customer loyalty programs.
  13. Acting as a brand custodian and ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Tertiary qualification in marketing or a related field.
  2. 4+ years experience in a marketing role, managing campaigns and creating content.
  3. Experience working with customers and managing diverse stakeholders.
  4. Experience managing social and digital marketing content.
