The Role

In this position, you will contribute to the creation and execution of impactful marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand visibility, driving traffic, and boosting sales. Your focus will be on developing engaging messaging, strategic communication plans, and high-quality marketing materials for B2B clients.

  1. Execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate sales.
  2. Develop detailed briefs for media, email, social media, digital ads, SEO, and affiliate marketing initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with agencies to create B2B collateral supporting uniform program implementations for clients.
  4. Produce product information, marketing materials, and website copy for both internal and customer-facing platforms.
  5. Manage content creation for e-commerce sites and campaign photoshoots.
  6. Oversee the end-to-end management of marketing campaigns, including analysis and optimization.
  7. Create and update content for websites and social media to drive traffic.
  8. Manage LinkedIn content creation and uploads.
  9. Align marketing activities with brand strategy to maximize ROI.
  10. Organize and deliver campaigns, product launches, trade events, and conferences to engage key customers and trade partners.
  11. Evaluate the success of campaigns and initiatives and generate post-implementation reports for improvement.

Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the Sustainability Team and Internal Communications Manager to promote sustainability initiatives both internally and externally.

Requirements
  1. Tertiary qualification in marketing.
  2. 4+ years experience in a marketing role.
  3. Experience managing marketing campaigns, creating content & briefs.
  4. Experience working with customers and managing a diverse set of stakeholders.
  5. Experience managing social and digital marketing content.
