Located on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, this role involves working with an expanding health service that prioritizes innovation, education, training, and research. Our facilities across the region include the University Hospital at Birtinya.

The Queensland ieMR solution enhances patient care by replacing paper-based clinical charts and medical records with a secure and seamless digital system, enabling healthcare professionals to share information across the state.

This strategic investment supports improved clinical collaboration, new models of care, and best practice clinical care and research. The ieMR Hub and Spoke Project aims to implement ieMR functionality at peripheral sites within an HHS where the main hospital is currently live with ieMR.

**Job Requirements:**

- Manage requests and incidents logged by clinical end users through a helpdesk to a successful resolution over the phone or via 'at the elbow support'. This includes:

* Answering calls;
* Logging requests and incidents in a ticketing system;
* Managing your queue of assigned jobs to ensure open requests are proactively treated and managed to a successful outcome swiftly;
* Escalating requests and incidents to external parties where accountability for investigation and resolution sits outside of the department;
* Providing subject matter expertise in the use of the ieMR and appropriate support tools like ServiceNow and Remote Desktop Connection.
