Pharmacist Role in Digital Healthcare

We are seeking a dedicated pharmacist to play a vital role in ensuring patients receive the right medications and guidance through our digital healthcare platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and dispensing prescriptions in accordance with best-practice guidelines
  • Providing expert advice on medications, dosages, and potential side effects
  • Collaborating with our clinician workforce to optimise patient care
  • Assisting in the development of digital health solutions to improve patient experience

Requirements:

  • Registered Pharmacist with AHPRA accreditation
  • Experience in community or digital pharmacy (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an evolving environment
  • Enthusiasm and passion for innovation in healthcare
