This pivotal leadership role involves leading and supporting a team, managing recruitment, rostering, and leave planning, while providing expert advice on workforce issues.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical workforce management, with experience in junior doctor workforce planning, recruitment, and rostering.
They will possess proven leadership skills, including building capability, fostering collaboration, and creating a positive team culture.
A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Management, Leadership, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively, negotiate with stakeholders, and manage complex data analysis.
