About This Role

This Medical Workforce Support position provides strategic advice and support to the Executive Director of Medical Services and Directors of Medical Services in relation to medical officer employment for Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service.

Key responsibilities include sourcing and engaging locum medical officers, recruiting doctors in training, and participating in a team-based environment to deliver high-quality medical workforce support services.

Requirements

  • High level of proficiency in reception and administrative skills, keyboard, and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to acquire knowledge of databases used within the Medical Workforce and medical administration area.
