The successful candidate will be responsible for managing technical support issues with customers, sharing knowledge and app-notes to enable self-maintenance, and owning customer satisfaction with SolarEdge technology.
- Manage technical support issues with customers

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of field technical service experience in the solar industry, as well as knowledge of the industry and experience managing accounts. They should be able to travel periodically for a few days and work in a fast-paced environment with adaptive problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop customer service strategies to manage business objectives
- Host weekly technical calls with customers
- Manage key projects
- Directly escalate and act as a focal point to various teams
