Senior Release Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Release Manager to lead the planning and execution of software releases. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless deployment of new features and products to our customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute release activities, ensuring quality and timely deployments across all environments.
  • Develop and maintain release schedules, timelines, and project plans to ensure milestone adherence.
  • Collaborate with development and testing teams to identify and resolve issues, and implement process improvements.
  • Maintain consistency of releases across sandbox environments, testing, and external test environments.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Release Management, including leadership and presentation skills.
  • Expertise in Release Management across various environments, from legacy on-prem environments to contemporary cloud-based workloads.
  • Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle, continuous delivery/continuous integration (CI/CD) principles, and DevOps toolsets.
  • Experience with software version control, branching strategy, and dependency management.
