Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Data Entry & Order Processing Administrator team member to join our team. This position will suit a self-motivated, 'hands-on' individual who enjoys variety in their day, building relationships and working as a key member of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer sales orders and credit returns
- Coordinate daily deliveries
- Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure orders supplied are correct and dispatched on time
- Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with customers
- Manage counter and internal sales, servicing valued customers and trade clients
- Handle phone enquiries and orders
Requirements
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building relationships with customers
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- A 'can-do' attitude
- Experience with MS Office Applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sales, specifically trade sales
