Key Financial Markets Officer Role

This is a challenging opportunity to work in the dynamic and fast-paced financial markets sector. As a Key Financial Markets Officer, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our daily operational processes are run smoothly and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities

  • Operational processing: You will be responsible for ensuring that all payment, confirmation, reconciliation, and investigation obligations are met, while maintaining high customer service levels.
  • Central Operational contact: You will be the central point of contact for loan markets or trade related queries, responsible for owning investigations and providing resolutions to both internal and external clients.
  • Escalation management: You will escalate BAU issues to Supervisor and Manager as necessary.
  • Daily handover: You will work closely with shift peers to ensure effective physical daily handover of work between shifts.
  • 'Huddles' and team meetings: You will actively engage in 'huddles' and formal team meetings.
  • AOM and Error Capture: You will ensure timely, consistent, and accurate inputs into Active Operations Management (AOM) and Error Capture (IORAF) platforms.
