Maternity Cover Executive Support Role

This role presents an exceptional chance to provide high-level administrative support to a senior management team and CEO.
Main Responsibilities:- To prepare reports, gather information requests and perform clerical tasks.
- To act as the first point of contact for senior management members, follow up action items and provide feedback internally and externally.
You will also be responsible for assisting the CEO Secretariat, managing schedules, arranging travel, sorting correspondence and coordinating logistics for board meetings.
In addition, you will read and analyse incoming proposals, motions and reports to determine their significance and plan distribution and follow-up schedules.
Requirements:- Excellent communication skills with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in electronic office equipment, computer hardware and software, and general knowledge of office applications.
- Demonstrated experience in administrative procedures and systems such as minute taking, word processing, meeting organisation and agenda preparation.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with Community Controlled Health Organisations in the Northern Territory.
