Senior Director of Market Access

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our market access initiatives in Australia and New Zealand.
This is a unique opportunity to drive growth by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading technical delivery across health technology assessment submissions to the Pharmaceutical Benefits Advisory Committee, Medicines Solicitation Advisory Committee, PHARMAC, and other regulatory bodies.
- Providing expert input into pricing and reimbursement strategy, health economics, real-world evidence, and value communication.
- Overseeing end-to-end delivery of complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Acting as a key client advisor, building trust and long-term partnerships.
- Mentoring and guiding consultants and analysts to deliver high-quality results.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in market access, health technology assessment, or health economics in AU/NZ.
- A proven track record of successful health technology assessment submissions.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on client satisfaction and project delivery.
- In-depth knowledge of local policy, evidence development, and reimbursement processes.
- A degree in science, pharmacy, health economics, public health, or a related field (postgraduate qualification preferred).
