Marketing Director Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and drive public engagement, influence social change, and strengthen our brand and reputation.


About the Role

This is a key position in our Marketing and Communications Directorate, responsible for shaping and delivering our marketing strategy. You will oversee three main functions - Brand & Content, Campaigns, and Digital - ensuring our marketing activities align with our strategic plan.


Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies, including brand management, social marketing, content marketing, and digital engagement.
  • Lead high-performing teams and ensure the successful delivery of campaigns and projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop impactful messaging and engage audiences effectively.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Management experience in the corporate or not-for-profit sectors, with a proven track record of leading teams and achieving results.
  • Strong strategic marketing and brand management skills, with experience in coordinating and leading campaign delivery.
  • Excellent communication, engagement, and consultative skills at senior levels.
