Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to project staff, including receiving and responding to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Distribute project information and reporting to project stakeholders and the Executive.
  • Support the Program Management Office with administrative tasks, including sourcing resources, booking project meetings and workshops, taking minutes, and recording actions, risks, and issues on registers.
  • Contribute to the development of policies, frameworks, and strategies in the project environment to ensure quality practice underpins project activity.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience in providing administrative support, including sourcing resources and providing meeting support.
  • Awareness of government policies and processes related to corporate governance and records management.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, including writing in a formal and government style.
  • Sound organizational skills, including managing multiple tasks, determining priorities, and demonstrating resilience in high-pressure situations.
