As a Senior Educator, you will lead and guide your team to deliver high-quality educational outcomes for children.
Key Responsibilities:- Taking charge of your room, leading your team to deliver exceptional educational programs.
- Collaborating with leaders to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.
- Commitment to safety and inclusivity to ensure every learning experience meets the needs of all children.
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Current Queensland Working with Children Check.
