As a Field Service Technician, your primary role will be to provide on-site technical support for various compressors and related equipment.

About the Job

You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality workmanship, promoting Gardner Denver's services to meet their needs.

Your duties will involve identifying non-conforming situations, recommending solutions, and implementing corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide after-hours assistance, conduct overnight field trips, promote Air Cover preventative maintenance plans, and offer internal/external customer support.
  • Breakdown, Maintenance & Repair: Install, repair, and maintain a range of compressors, coordinate support, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Health Safety & Environment: Conduct risk assessments, ensure a safe working environment, and report incidents using the designated system.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in maintenance with Trade qualifications (Cert III - Fitter and Turner).
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to customers.
  • Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
