Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Freight Office Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly, creating manifests, and processing proof of deliveries.

Your primary role will involve debriefing drivers, maintaining databases, and assisting Revenue Controllers with RPS. You will also be tasked with prioritizing work effectively and efficiently throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Entry Tasks:
  • Create and manage manifests, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain staff, training, and compliance databases where required.
  • Prioritize work effectively and efficiently throughout the day.
  • Manage spreadsheet trackers, reports, and other compliance documents to cleanse, update, and maintain them on a regular basis.
