About the Position:

We are seeking a skilled Client Liaison to handle initial inquiries from potential clients, input information into our systems and collaborate with project managers to prepare proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monthly invoicing
  • Scheduling management
  • Responding to all inquiries via website or phone
  • Entering client information into company systems
  • Collaborating with Project Manager to prepare tenders and coordinate client inquiries
  • Following up with clients as necessary
  • Maintaining records of all inquiries, communications and proposals

About You:

  • Proficient with technology and quick to adapt to new systems
  • Able to manage finances and accounts
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and adaptable with a can-do attitude
  • Strong client-facing communication skills with a professional manner
  • Effective organizing and scheduling skills
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
  • Experience with relevant software will be advantageous
